Anyone know anything about antique furniture (1830-1910)?

I have an antique dining set, made by the wait furniture co. ( closed in 1910) It still has the tag nailed to the bottom of the table and markings that go…..I*V

I think it was made after 1830, because it has screws in it. It has very wide dove tailing and doesn’t look like it’s been refinished (crackled). the only info I can find is 2 pics of the abandoned factory dated 1910. I also have pics of it on instappraisal………link….http://www.instappraisal.com/content/wait-furniture-co-antique-dining-set…………any info would help! want to know more about it and the factory, including the approximate value (auction & insurance)
