Think It For Sale

• Result in the mental decision to “let go” of your emotions and focus concerning the undeniable fact that soon this house will no longer be yours.
• Picture yourself handing inside the keys and envelopes containing appliance warranties for the new owners!Leave behind every room.
• Don’t look backwards — look toward the near future.

Remove Your Personalization.

Pack up those personal photographs and family heirlooms. Buyers can’t see past personal artifacts, and also you do not want these to be distracted. You would like buyers to assume their very own photos concerning the walls, and so they can’t do that if yours exist! Ensure make any buyer ask, “I wonder which kind of people reside in this home?” You would like buyers to express, “I can easily see myself living here.”

Rearrange Bedroom Closets and Cabinets.

Wash windows outside and inside. Rent a pressure washer and spray down sidewalks and exterior. Cleanse cobwebs re-caulk tubs, showers and sinks. Polish chrome faucets and mirrors.
