does anyone know if you can get help buying a shower for someone on benefits?

the person i know is over 20 yrs old on income support and gets d.l.allowance,someone has to be around when the person has a bath.the person has no feelings just bellow the knee caps due to nerve damage when he was born.it just takes along time,it would be a lot easier if he had a shower …is there some sort of goverment load that could help with the cost it would make life a lot easier for the person and the people around.any suggestions please emma xx
