Why do I always become dizzy and light-headed in the shower?

I’m getting very dizzy when I’m in the shower and I get back spots in my vision. When I close my eyes it takes a few seconds for my vision to go back to normal and not be covered in blotches of colour and be blurred. I feel very light headed and almost to the point where I could faint. I have an extractor fan in the bathroom. I know could be the steam but why does this happen? Surely it can’t be right? How do I stop it?

Could be hypotension (low blood pressure)

I suggest seeing a doctor asap
