Cleaning a papasan chair?

My roommates cat pissed on my papasan chair. I know I can’t fully get it out, as it is cat pee, but what is the best way to clean the cushion all the way through? It is a huge spot, soaked all the way through to the other side and left a whitish-yellowish ring. It is a dark navy blue color and one side is embroidered and one side is plain. It is absolutely disgusting, and the smell is horrendous too. Help? Please??

see if you can remove the cover form the cushion. You may have to cut a seam and re-sew it. Wash the cover first, by hand, with warm water and gentle soap, then follow with the local odor eliminator stuff from your pet store.
The cushion material might be more difficult. It might wash or not, depending on what it is made from, so be ready to by new stuffing. If it will wash, use a good strong vinegar rinse, and let it soak in the vinegar for a bit, maybe half and hour or more. Rinse, then dry, and re-assemble. Hose the chair itself off as well, outside, with hose and spray bottle of soap, then the odor juice stuff. Rinse again, let dry.
