Kitchen faucet is very tight – How do you relax?

We have the K-7980-4 Alterna ® widespread lavatory faucet and the hot handle has become too tight to turn. I can not find a way to release it again. I do not see debris or calcium WD40 on it and has done the trick. What should I do? Any website showing how to solve this kind of problem? Thanks!
