What effect does increased temperature has on the output voltage and current of a solar cell and why?

I'm doing an experiment physics of a school assignment and I have conducted an experiment yielded results that indicate that as the temperature of the solar cell, the decrease in blood output. However, we also found that as temperature increases, so does the output current. I can not understand why this is occurring Please help.

You might think that the high temperatures typically mean a lot of sunshine and this would be great for solar panels. Sun is the best friend of a panel PV, however, high temperatures can be your worst enemy. So what higher temperatures make solar photovoltaic panels? By increasing temperature, decreases the efficiency of solar panels. Heat causes electrical resistance to electron flow. In the days where the temperature is over 75 degrees, the electrical resistance makes the voltage drop thus producing less kilowatt-hour. Its roof is much warmer than the temperature in the soil. That is why solar panels are not fully supported on a roof. There are usually a few inches of space between the ceiling panels and air flow can easily pass through the panels and cool down. There are some solar panels that are specifically designed to operate at warmer temperatures. These panels have a higher temperature coefficient. This is especially important in high temperature climates like Arizona or New Mexico, but probably not make too much of a difference in New England (Except maybe this year). If you live in one of these areas, you should talk to your installer of solar energy to make sure you are using the proper equipment region. Note: The solar panels for water heating can withstand high temperatures without any degradation. In fact, the temperatures hot actually be better for this type of modules.
