Is there a recipe to create your own body wrap to use at home?

I am wondering if there is something that I could make and use at home that is similar to what is used at the spa.

There is a book called, “herbs & things” by jeanne rose that has a bunch of herbal recipes that you can tailor to your skin and body needs. Take a handful of each of the herbs you choose and steep like tea for 20 minutes. Strain through cheese cloth. Reserve the liquid in a bowl. Reserve the spent herbs in the cheesecloth and tie top like a sachet to use as a scrubber for exfoliation. You can add the liquid infusion to a hot bath. It has the same end result as the wraps and costs much less.
