Space Saver Shelf

Ladies, how do you get along with a pedestal sink in your bathroom and no counter space?

I am moving from a suburban apartment to a downtown loft and just remembered that the bathroom has no counter top. I am used to putting my skincare and flat irons and other stuff in the drawers, in the cabinet, and on the counter top itself. With just a sink, I don’t know what I’m going to do? I know they make those over the toilet space saver things, but to me, none of them really go with the “minimalist” loft decor. I don’t want my things exposed on those little shelves either (remember. I’m used to drawers and cabinet doors). Any suggestion?

Get an inexpensive small doored storage unit or one with drawers – think Ikea.
Then attach a piece or pieces of granite tile to the top with liquid nails spread out with a scraper grout inbetween pieces. You can also use glass tile but the granite would be better for your flat iron. Then put heavy duty,industrial casters on the bottom to roll it to where ever you want to store it when company comes, or when not in use.
