Why did the singer get the most out of the spot light on the bands?

I've always noticed that the lead singers get the maximum credit and publicity to make music when the band that most forget or do not know yet, including music videos which are mostly shown everyone else. Why is that? Can each member of the band to get its fair share of fame? I want to try that if I start a band.

When people hear a song most people are listening to the song lyrics, words can get them aa, and can relate to it. A singer usually the leader they need a good stage presence, charisma and a strong voice. While I believe all good band members deserve recognition for what they contribute, but hearing a song without vocals and instruments is simply not the same as it is. All times I have heard many bands fall apart because the singer is more credit and care or just be corrupted by fame, which leads to breakage. If a musician has real talent and motivation in what you can attract any person they like, they do not need the attention and fame of being loved.
