How can I get my roomates to stop smoking pot (marijuana)?

So here’s the deal, I live in a house off of campus and have 4 other people living here with me. 3 of them smoke pot, one other person and myself do not smoke. I have asked them to quit smoking totally, they refused and then I asked them to smoke somewhere else and they refused. They smoke in the basement in their “smoking room” the problem is this room is poorly sealed and the door is next to the laundry chute. The top of the laundry chute is next to my bedroom door. The smell permeates the entire house and irritates me. I need to know if there is something I can do. I know where they keep their pot so I could possibly put something in it to make it un-smokeable. They are all about smoking, they make bongs out of pop bottles, glass bottles, and even other things that they think would be cool to smoke out of. They even have a bong that is made out of a Jesus statue. Please help me out if you have any ideas, tips, or just advice let me know.

Whose name is on the lease? You could give an ultimatum, stop smoking in the house or you evict them. It may be a little tough, but it might be the reality check they need. I smoke myself occasionally, but I would not do it around someone who doesn’t want to be around it. It’s disrespectful to you and the other tenant.
