Milk of Magnesia for constipation?

I’m 26 and never had a problem with my butt until now. Couple weeks ago, I got a tooth pulled and took vicodin for a couple of days. On top of that, I was on a liquid diet.

When things started healing and I could eat food again, I did so with vigor.

Well, 4 days ago I tried to poop but found it very difficult. It felt as if my stool was the size of a hippopotamus and made of steel;; so instead of straining, I clenched and decided to try again later. I tried and tried and tried to go for the past few days but no luck. It would be impossible to poop this thing out. I even tried to lube up my butt. Oh teh shame!

I just drank a mouthful of Milk of Magnesia. Please someone tell me this stuff works, lol, I’m DESPERATE to poop.

Hey btw, is this constipation? Or did I somehow create a magical steel poop the size of Texas?

Milk of Magnesia can help with occassional constipation but it sounds like you’re beyomd the MoM phase. I would recommend that you purchase a disposible Mineral Oil Enema to soften the mass and follow it up with the last responders recommendation of a Glycerin Suppository or a warm tap water enema. Once the “problem” is solved, be sure to drink plenty of water and eat a high fiber diet for prevention.
