How I can zap those pimples fast?

Hi, I have 4 large grains ugly at this time. Also I have four days to get smaller. I have washed my face, because over-washing, so I needed to give my skin a break. Now I'm back in my normal routine (I've toned down a bit, so that no more than wash it again), I have to get rid of these grains as soon as possible. I have access to different securities, fair complexion Aveeno Foaming Cleanser, St. Ives Apricot Scrub, pasta of teeth, and Clean & Clear morning burst shine control facial cleanser. What mix of products will be free of these defects? PS The grain is cheek, nose and chin.
