How I can remove the taste of coffee in my travel mug?

I am a tea drinker, and someone in the office to use my favorite travel mug with a plastic cover for the coffee … only once, and, whew! My tea tastes like coffee! I know it's the oil in coffee. Anyone know how to remove them?

Baking soda and vinegar can do the trick. I found what works best, however, is compressed in a denture cleaner and warm water! Let stand for a couple of hours. The tablets are also good for removing stains from tea cups.
