How I can control the headphone volume via RCA connection?

So I have an HDTV without a headphone jack and me learned that you can use an RCA and S plug on the TV. So turn off my speakers, the TV through the menu, otherwise the headphones and the TV speakers are turned on. So now the headphones work expected are not as strong and I can not raise the volume on the television that let me, says "The speakers are turned off. There is no input from the speakers, regardless of volume control settings."
