How I can hide a border of wallpaper without removing it!?

I'm moving into a room that has a border at the top sports wall. I am a girly girl. However, I can not remove the border. How I can hide?

I could do something really good buy makeing a "soft wall" placement of curtain rods on a wall or across all fun and put up curtains like it or u can go to ur store or fabric art and find out as far as the governments ur room and get a lil bit because the walls can bend or ur on a cloth and turn them into curtains or may get glue take and paste it between the folded over fabric so iron works well wut i put it on a wall and it looks freaking awesome u could always do that and put some border on the other walls and when you find out the border or as u can get the fabric to match the border and maybe put the soft tissue wall of the same wall as the bed ur! that looks super cute! if the paint or on the edge of the bubble and peel off anyway
