How I can delete only a border of wallpaper that is in the middle of the wall without removing the wallpaper behind him?

My twelve year old son wants me to remove the cow jump "side of the moon wallpaper border" around the center of the wall of his room. I would like remove it without removing the wall paper that is attached a. I'm afraid that if I score the border and use a product as "Diff" I'll drop the paper behind and end it with a larger project I have time to handle at this time. Any suggestions?

If you can find the seam of the border only take the nail and pull the vinyl face to face, now you must have the backing left blank. Use a spray bottle with hot water and a sponge on the other hand and sprinkle with the support sponge and hold moisture in the support as much as possible significance DON "T let the water soak the entire wallpaper. Just do a wall at a time. At the moment in the end of the wall back again using your index finger and pull back at once out of use a clean sponge to clean your wallpaper. This work provided there was no adhesive vinyl used in it. Good luck Les the painter
