What Chinese white tea can be prepared with cold water?

I've heard of white tea can be prepared in cold water, possibly with the word "snow" in their name. in any case, you know what this variety of tea can be? Or even if it is actually tea at all?

There is a Chinese black tea called xue sprouts and snow, you can read here, and I think that's what we're talking about: http://ratetea.net/style/snow-buds/117/ Tea target can be made with cold water, but the results tend to be large. What you may have heard is that white tea is best prepared with water that has cooled boil a little, usually around 160-180F (71-82C), boiling point is 212F (100C). snow yolks as these teas, the better prepared with warm water / Hot but not as hot as boiling. If it is made with very hot water, it becomes bitter and astringent. It depends largely on the individual area, but is also a matter of personal taste. Some people enjoy cold beer, but in general, there are just some random teas work well to develop beer with cold water.
