Wood Nightstand Night
Something VERY wierd and scary happened to me last night?
I have no history of sleepwalking or having bad dreams. I am a sound sleeper and fall alseep in one position, and wake up in the same position the next morning. Nothing like this has ever happened to me.
Okay, so I went to upstairs to my bedroom to go to sleep, just like every other normal night. Im possitive I layed in my bed and fell asleep. At around 4:00 in the morning, I woke up because I heard a noise. When I opened my eyes, I saw a big peice of wood over me about a foot from my face. I woke up DOWNSTAIRS laying on my back, under the coffee table in my livingroom!!! I was laying perfectly verticle with the table with my arms uniform at my sides. I had no covers or pillow. I went back upstairs and and my glasses were on my nightstand where I had put them last night!!!
I am a very sound sleeper, and I had never snored, sleepwalked, or anything.
WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?
The thing about sleepwalking is you don’t know you do it till you wake somewhere different to where you went to sleep. I wouldn’t worry too much, it sounds like a sleepwalking incident. Stress and worry can trigger episodes.
