No hot water in my apartment at all?

hello, i have a question that is an extension on the last inquiry i had which was:Help!, one of the hot and cold hot faucet’s on my older bathtub will not stop running!? about an hour ago, i was attempting to run a bath that consequently turned into a nightmare; My bathtub’s hot water faucet will not stop it’s gushing flow of water nor will it even lessen the slightest bit thus, there is a persistent heavy flow of water when i normally twist the knob to turn off the flow (which it has worked up till now!) the knob is obviously not turning the water off and i am beyond tears and angst. Please help me by advising what i should do to get the water to stop., it’s about midnight where i live currently and i don’t know what to do, please help.
*my maintenance guy came over and fixed the issue that i had a few days ago but ever sin then the current problem is that there is zero hot and even no lukewarm water at all! what should i do?

i think you should get the guy back,by what you say he did not fix it right the first time.so get him back and dont hold back tell him straight,i hope you can get this sorted.you do pay rent.dont forget.
